John with some of his new tub toys from Great-Grandma W. He also just got a new outfit from his Aunt Pam, which I'll get him to model, along with another new toy from G.G. W.
His cheeks are kind of looking yellow - must be all that carrot and squash and sweet potato he's been eating. It seems almost everything he eats is bright orange. I made him some blueberries to get a new colour in there and so my parents have more choice on what new food they want to feed him tomorrow. Better break out the full-body bib if they choose them.

Wonderful journal - someday John and family will thank you for it. How I appreciate someone who can see the humor in everyday activities. You have a marvelous knack for writing! Maybe you can do some publishing - Erma Bombeck of the north.
