The strike is over. 70 per cent yes, with 75 per cent of guys coming out to vote.
Mike has mixed feelings. He missed his job and is eager to get back and do a great job. But he's furious about the contract they were offered.
The company has 5 days to make initial contact, and 14 days to get everyone back. The scabs will be around until September, which will make for a very hostile working environment for a while, I'm sure.
I think we'll have to find someone super-quick for John - Mike could be back by Monday morning, and Carmen is in Italy for another week!
