a day at the fair - part one

Joan, beaming from the roller coaster at thefall fair! John wasright beside her. It was tons of fun, until she dinged her head on the bar during a ride that evening. Somehow not to fun after that.

This was taken the thursday night, and was coooold and raining the entire time. But we went, thinking it would rain all the days it was on. Thankfully, the next day was beautiful, so we went back and had a ton of fun. But isn't she so cute in her raincoat!? It was a gift from my parents, from thier shop. I can't wait for it to rain, so she can wear it to school. It's like it was designed just for her.

Mike had a lot of fun showing John the big kid rides he was old enough to ride - as long as an adult rode with him!

The Octopus was actually John's favourite ride!
