SNOW!!!
Sorry - the photo of Dave is on hold for these - We got snow! The kids spent most of the day playing outside. They are mighty tired now. I think it'll be a very early night for all!
Dave, outfitted PROPERLY for the snow. The snow started falling yesterday. When John got home from school, he wanted Joan to go out with him. So he suited her up, helped her put on her boots and mitts, zippered her coat, and off they went - totally forgetting about poor little Dave. I guess he didn't remember snow from when he was one, so out he went to follow them. In bare feet. It didn't last long.

That coat that Mike bought Joan when we were out there last year still fits great, doesn't it? Dave looks....all grown up! WOW. Where was John? Half way up the hill tracking deer?
John was in a time out, actually. Dave had just stepped outside, and unintentionally walked over a pile of snow John was collecting. So he shoved Dave down face first into the snow. After that, he took a long break from the snow, so he didn't get a picture. I'll get him later.

Joan's coat looks great & David's snowsuit too. Will patiently wait to see John in his winter garb. We've had snow for a week now but the town is clearing well & I only have a small piece in front of the door as Mike plows the sidewalk. Mac is having a great time with his boots & jacket, just dangles down the road.
